What we collect

When you send a booking request through this website, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, the service you are interested in, your preferred times, and any note you include. If you email us directly, we receive what you send.

How we use it

Your details are stored in our client management system and used to reply to you, schedule your appointments, and manage your care as a client. If you become a client, we may also use your email to send you information relevant to your appointments. You can ask us to stop at any time.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this website.

Where your data lives

Booking details are held in our client management platform and our email account. These providers store data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Payments made through our checkout pages are processed by the payment provider on those pages; we do not store card details.

How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you return. If you would like your information removed sooner, ask and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email healthyme2behaven@gmail.com and we will handle it directly.
